Annette L. Pérez
Founder and CEO of PSD, Inc. Annette counts with a BBA in Finance and Human Resources from the University of Puerto Rico, Mayaguez Campus. Is a Certified instructor in Interactive Management and executive coaching trainings, as well as an OSHA Authorized Outreach Trainer.

Human Resources generalist and advisor with over twenty years of experience in areas such as management, conflict resolution, strategic planning, organizational development, employee relations, employee benefits, labor relations, policies & procedures, compensation and staffing/recruiting. Occupational Safety and Health generalist and advisor for General Industry. Knowledge in implementing self directed groups, and training programs, as well as full knowledge in current local and federal labor laws.
Mariluz Rivera
Mariluz Rivera has a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management with a minor in Accounting from the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico in San Germán Campus. She has more than 15 years of experience in the Human Resources and Management field. She has excelled as a Specialist in Payroll and Taxes.
Natalia Morales
Fifth year B.B.A. student in Human Resources from the University of Puerto, Mayaguez Campus. Counts with a minor in Project Management and is currently the President of the SHRM student chapter.
She started with PSD by doing an internship back in 2018 and since then she has been participating as one of our staff members working in areas related to talent management and onsite audits.
